I have been to the salon 3 times now, and everytime it is a great experience. Everyone there is very friendly and always treats me like gold. My stylist always listens to what I want and always has great suggestions. You even get a complimentary shoulder, scalp and hand massages before your service. I would highly reccommend this salon.

VERY displeased client

I went in there recently and was VERY displeased with the service. I booked an appointment with the owner and upon arrival for my scheduled cut, I had to wait a good 45 minutes while she finished up on another client. Being that she is really the only one there on any given day, it isn't particularly convenient for me to have to wait around for her to finish up on clients just so that she can save a dollar or two by not having other stylists working alongside her during the day. I understand that times are tough, but I have a job myself and a busy schedule which, unfortunately, I must adhere to. I do not have time to wait for her. Additionally, I was not made aware of the costs of the cut, style, products, color, etc.. I walked out of there after having my short hair taken up an inch and hair colored, and was COMPLETELY blown away by the $147.00 price tag!!!! That, along with the tip, put me back alot! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!

Employees are friendly, helpful and professional. I asked my stylist for suggestions and she was more than willing to offer her opinion and suggestion. I was very pleased with my cut and color and will definetly recommend the salon to my friends.
